Comment 6 for bug 459081

I have stopped using the ubuntuone software because it is not built correctly in another ticket I have explained that this service is constantly attempting resync/sync and searches for drives which is incorrect
constantly in top every 1-2 seconds even if user not connected
this even happens if service on startup is not selected
also when theprefences>> bandwidth is adjusted settings do not save
all the issues seem to lead me to the understanding that the program must capture too much of the local system resources to run and/or is not build correct for 64bit systems
