I have now the problem that tzdata cannot upgrade on 3 different PC's with Lucid.
Yesterday it fails on a complete new installation with I386.
Now there is no update possible on this machines, because this package is blocking everything!

I already opened a bug in the wrong area: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/657885
