I uploaded some packages for Lucid to Twisted's PPA (https://launchpad.net/~twisted-dev/+archive/ppa). I used 10.0.0-0 as the package version, instead of 10.0.0-1 so they won't conflict with Matthias' packages once the official ones are uploaded.
