yes, this is with ttf-sil-andika 1.0.basic-1. upstream package (the tarball on the sil-webpage) does not have this font either.
i guess, it just got renamed, as tuxtype looks good, if the new font is symlinked to the right name.
the debian package (1.5.17.dfsg1-3) does not look at this place, so this seems to have been fixed by debian or upstream.
syncing the version might be appropiate :)
