Comment 7 for bug 357864

No, it's asking (in essence) for per-message configurable identities.... so it
adds an additional feature request to bug# 48757. Maybe they should be merged?

Thinking outloud:

It seems like there are a bunch of concepts that 90% of people only need one of,
and the other 10% need lots of and lots of links between...

1. Incoming mail server
2. Outgoing mail server
3. Sending address
4. Recieving address
5. Folders

But it may be too complex to actually have each of these be treated as a
separate entity....
