Comment 36 for bug 357864

Just added my vote to this bug; the inflexibility of from/reply-to configuration
is the only reason I do not use Mozilla for all my mail composition.

FWIW, my preference is for a configurable list of available addresses with a
per-folder default - a free text field in composition allows too much scope for
typos and random idiocy and allowing "From" as a customisable field overriding
the per-account combo is almost as nasty a kludge as creating multiple
pseudo-accounts.
