on amd64 the package libpam-thinkfinger-0.3+r118-0ubuntu4 provides
/usr/lib/pam-thinkfinger/pam-thinkfinger-enable

rupi@stinkpad:~$ dpkg --listfiles libpam-thinkfinger | grep
"pam-thinkfinger-enable"
/usr/lib/pam-thinkfinger/pam-thinkfinger-enable
