  * New upstream release 0.7 (LP: #174290)
  * debian/rules: use regen-package.sh script to automatically
    build all files.
  * debian/rules: added update-debian-files section.
  * debian/scripts/jar_to_xpi.sh: updated and dropped unnecessary code.
  * install.rdf refer to lightning-extension icon.
  * debian/control change section to translations.
  * debian/templates: all templates updated.
  * debian/rules: changed ln --symbolic to cp
  * debian/control: added transitional package for missing mn locale.
