Comment 46 for bug 303609

So, have we decided if this is a problem with Sun's java package not properly handling a decline of the Service Agreement, or a problem with Ubuntu's Package Manager? It seems to me that the package is breaking due to the question being asked half way through the installation process. It should be asked before the Package Manager even touches it.
