The same situation continues in the 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon release. The
repository contains two packages (svn-load and
subversion-helper-scripts) which contain a file named
/usr/bin/svn-load. They are still not marked as conflicting. The
result is that although the two packages cannot be installed at the same
time, the packaging system does not indicate this. An attempt to
install the two concurrently still results in an error.
