    - Drop cdbs folder no longer need
    - Bump compat and debhelper to 7
    - Bump build-depends
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.2
    - Change maintainer, from Ubuntu Core Developers to Ubuntu Developers, this
      package is in multiverse
    - debian/rules:
      - drop THIS_SHOULD_GO_TO_UNSTABLE=0
      - change include debian/cdbs/kde.mk to
        include /usr/share/pkg-kde-tools/makefiles/1/cdbs/kde.mk
      - add include /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/debhelper.mk
    - Refresh 02_build_with_visibility_hidden.diff
