Do you know of any desktop user not having a pointer device nowadays? The bug concern one layout only and seems a minor inconvenient, using the french keymap I never ran in that buggy corner situation, it would be nice to get fixed still but there are lot of other issues in ubuntu to work on some being crashers, security issues, annoyance in something you use daily, etc
