For the moment, the problem is solved by switching to "France (Legacy) Alternative", but I haven't tried to reboot the system nor X11.
Rhythmbox is the first program to show this problem (for example Firefox + Ubiquity works pretty fine as "space" and "ctrl+space" are handled differently).
