This bug has been bothering me again.

Instead of
    include "nbsp(level4nl)"
I used:
    include "nbsp(level4n)"
    include "level5(rctrl_switch)"

With these parameters, Rhythmbox search is working correctly and we do have the thin nbsp on the sixth level (RCtrl+Shift+Space) as needed by Nicolas Mailhot.
