Comment 130 for bug 221112

ok, after discussing with upstream, try to find where the issue can be fixed in a elegant manner, it seems we can find a workaround in xkeyboard-config (but loosing the right ctrl key modifier, this is a tradeoff). Reassigning the package for that.
