Jaunty's kvm-83 includes my USB sys-fs patch from upstream QEMU and therefore no longer requires the /proc/bus/usb/ work-arounds.

I've opened a new report to deal with the permissions issue: bug #331331 "Non-root guest doesn't have permission to access sys-fs USB devices"
