Comment 1 for bug 382881

https://merges.ubuntu.com/p/pyvorbis/pyvorbis_1.3-2ubuntu1.patch adds --install-layout=deb, which is required for Python 2.6. This doesn't seem to have been done in Debian yet, so I doubt that we can sync this just yet?
