Comment 37 for bug 209145

In ubuntu 10.04 with installation of poppler-data and xpdf-chinese-traditional, the Chinese characters are still broken in Evince 2.30.3 and in Okular 0.10.2. However, xpdf can show them correctly. It is evident with the file provided in #24 by Steven McCoy. This issue has seemed to last for years. Why can't it be fixed?
