I have had this issue on Maverick, and now I have it on a fresh Natty install.
The workaround works.
I use Intel graphics.
Is there more info I can provide?

After reading comment #2 however I'm a bit in doubt whether I should remove the workaround.
Can anyone tell me if I should?
