I have this Bug on my NVIDIA GeForce 6200.

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV44A [GeForce 6200] (rev a1)

I wars able to fix this Bug very easy.

sudo su
echo FRAMEBUFFER=y > /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/splash
update-initramfs -u
exit

This Way have also Fix this same issuse on my Intel 945GM Chip.
