@Release Management - if Pidgin is working OK in Karmic (2.6.2 supported against Yahoo), please could you consider not causing us basic users to have the choice between not using Yahoo or breaking our machines y stepping outside the official Canonical repos?

In short, please could you consider SRUing 2.6.2 back to Hardy?
