Please sync openttd 0.6.0-2 from unstable/contrib to multiverse, ubuntu override ok.

  * Rename XS-Vcs-* to the official Vcs-* fields.

  * Don't install anything into ~ during make install, this prevented

  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3
