That's currently not possible because you need Windows to build the Mono bindings completely from source.

Multiverse might be doable (by using a Windows-produced binary for the one file that can't be built on Linux) but then someone has to change the makefiles to work outside the openoffice.org build tree to use openoffice.org-dev.
