I do not know where the difference is in what we all did to create the RTF. But
when I:
- drop the ott from Windows Explorer into OOo,
- save this as RTF,
- reopen -> it looks NOT empty.

However, we now got an RTF from you which will show empty in OOo but not in
Word. This should be enough to get this issue fixed.
