This patch fixes the en_ZA.aff file in older Ubuntu versions. I based this on an old CVS checkout from OOo and the latest affix files from http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/dict-en_ZA

Alternatively you could patch out both en_ZA.dic and en_ZA.aff with the files in the above extension.
