Russ that would be awsome, and hopefully that would be a better sync-candidate, depending on when you get to push it, i.e if you upload the new version before the ubuntu sync window closes for Intrepid. It is not my decision to accept a sync request though.

https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ openafs/ +bug/267504 contains patches for building on 2.6.27 which are accepted (and commited) upstream. I have been running with them for a couple of days now and I haven't noticed any regression.
