Solution, that worked for me: download 2.6.37-6 kernel from kernel.org, configure (used config from 2.6.32-25 kernel), compile, create and install deb packages (image & headers); install 275.09.07 nvidia driver for new kernel. "NVRM: in this system is not supported" disappeared.
