Please do not change the status without knowing the meaning of the change. By moving this to incomplete, you are asking for more information for the developers to begin working to resolve the issue. If more information is needed, you must comment as to what that information is. Otherwise, in approximately 60 days, the bug will move to EXPIRED status, and no longer be looked at. Thanks.
