Comment 40 for bug 438536

I think the way to solve all this usability brouhaha would be to allow the notification to be dragged around and have it be anywhere the user wants it, and all subsequent notifications will appear in the same place the original one was before it faded out.

Just my two-hundredths of a dollar.
