Comment 36 for bug 438536

I just don't believe that this can be the default setting. It's so annoying and weird. The notifications just appears on my tabs all the time! I see that they are a lot of people complaining about this implementation, when i can't see crowd complaining about the top right implementation!? So why did the implementation change, and why now it'slike impossible to make it back like it was?
