I found a similar bug!

If my local connection gets off, NetworkManager fails to restart the DSL connection and start to act as described on this bug, saying that "pppd_timed_out(): Looks like pppd didn't initialize our dbus module". To fix it i need to disable network, and enable it againg.

I'm sending my syslog.
