I'm debugging an x200s issue, and have tracked it down to the wwan card not being woken after suspend. After suspend, the card is still asleep so it doesn't show up in lsusb. It can be reactivated with:

  echo enabled > /proc/acpi/ibm/wan

Does this help anyone on this bug?
