This is the most annoying bug I have encountered in Ubuntu 8.10.
The first user that log-on has the network applet where you can switch between networks,
but the second user does not have the network applet unless the first users logs out first.
My family is starting to hate GNU/Linux because of this bug.
It should be high priority to fix this.
