please become root like:

sudo su

and run:

/etc/init.d/NetworkManager stop
NM_SERIAL_DEBUG=1 NetworkManager --no-daemon 2>&1 | tee /tmp/nm-serial.txt

and attach /tmp/nm-serial.txt
