The information is there. In the Hardy distribution of Dell Mini, when a new Nautilus folder is opened, sometimes (more often than not) a random colour (often black) appears in the background (along with the text background for the icon labels). The Dell Mini repository has not been updated since Hardy. Reopening since the bug has not been fixed. Changes have only been excuses for not fixing it.
