Sorry about the error! Here is the result I got:

gvfs-mount smb://my-host/my-share
Password required for share my-share on my-host
User [myuser]:
Domain [MSHOME]:
Password:
Error mounting location: Failed to mount Windows share

I have checked and the user name and passwird are correct. I use the smbmount command fine with this name and password.
