TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'NoneType' and 'unicode'

Happens when attempting to download metadata for certain tv shows from thetvdb.com. This particular one was an episode of Crusoe, Season 1, Episode 8. Have looked at the site and can't determine an error there.

This has been fixed upstream. It will be seen in the next 0.23 autobuilds trunk build. This bug will be automatically closed when a new build containing the fix is uploaded to the current development release (Lucid Lynx).
