Please provide the following information from the output of the two commands referenced below into a pastebin link:

Run jamu like (jamu version):
./jamu -v

Run jamu like (jamu configuration info):
./jamu -MVf

Yougo: if attaching the output of that to this ticket is easier than pastebin, feel free to do so. Thanks!

i've tried both commands, but it seems jamu is not known by my install :-S
the error hasn't popped up anymore either.

./jamu-v
command not found

./jamu MVf
command not found

my Lucid is rather buggy right now as it receives updates by the buckets.
I appreciate your efforts, but as conditions change radically on a daily basis, i don't think i can help, or even repeat the error now.

Ok then locate where the jamu.py script is on your machine and then use these commands.

/location of jamu/jamu -v

/location of jamu/jamu -MVf

and paste the results into this ticket.

It sounds like your set up is a little unstable and you are not getting the error any more. It may have been a configuration issue rather than a jamu bug.

I believe on Mythbuntu installs, it is located here:

/usr/share/mythtv/mythvideo/scripts/jamu.py

Note that there is a space between the .py and the -v or other
options. It looked from your previous paste that you were missing a
space.

This has been fixed by some changes in trunk. They won't be backported to 0.22-fixes, but will land in 0.23. You'll be able to see them on the Autobuilds 0.23 or later packages. This bug will be automatically closed when this version is uploaded to a development release of Ubuntu (Currently Lucid Lynx).
