Yeah... I didn't make a typo there. I'm honestly not familiar with Linode as a hosting platform but I assume there's a good reason that wording is used. When provisioning a system you select a drop down for "Select a Kernel" in the Boot Section. This section includes the paravirtualized kernel and other kernels all the way down to (deprecated) 4.0.2-x86_64-linode56.
The default kernel when starting an Ubuntu 22.04 VM in Linode with the "Grub 2" Kernel is 5.15.0-73-generic.
