I got the same problem with upgrading from 8.10 to Jaunty 9.04
I first tried Laurent's solution #21, but couldn't find any "Wget" in /var/lib/
Adding some adresses, didn't solved my problem but I got some different errors:

I 'm no IT specialist, but as far as I know, 127.0.0.1 is my own addres?
Also I can't find a port :8080.
