Please don't worry about the recent update of mountall for Natty to v2.20+nmu1. Its just a punctuation fix (komma -> dot) and nothing else.
You safely can apt-pin my version by putting these lines in /etc/apt/preferences:
Explanation: pin a mountall version build by ingo which
Explanation: does not declare plymouth als requirement.
Package: mountall
Pin: version 2.*ingo*
Pin-Priority: 1001
to avoid overwriting by artificially crippled originals.
