Comment 32 for bug 556372

Reading through all the comment, I still don't understand why mountall depends on plymouth.

Plymouth is an application that runs very early in the boot process, *even before the root filesystem is mounted!*

But why, oh why, mountall still depends on plymouth?

Please justify.
