I ran a diff comparison with the packages at link

http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~ming/bugs/624510/lucid-40.87-release/

with those I previously tested from link

 and found them to be different from the original packages I tested.

If I understand correctly, you've repacked the original changes for official release and want
me to retest to confirm that the problem is still resolved.

The packages located at link

were tested and failed to correct the original Slow USB Read. The read spead reverted
to 5 MB/s after those changes were installed and computer rebooted.
