I'm experiencing (probably) this bug with suspend/resume or plugging external monitor on HP EliteBook 8440p in Lucid. When system wakes up, everything works, only the screen remains black. Xrandr detects laptop display as connected DP1 both before the suspend and after the wakup. Further playing with xrandr reports no displays at all.

Both suspend/resume and plugging external monitor works from Maverick Alpha 2 live CD, but surprisingly not from the same installed system. Xrandr in that case detects laptop display as connected DP1 before the suspend; and disconnected DP1 and connected DP4 after the wakeup. It's possible to turn on the display with "xrandr --output DP1 --auto" later (which doesn't works in Lucid).
