Ok... So

After about 12 tries I am able to boot into BT5r3 with my DellE6410 intel video card WITH LIT KEYBOARD

i replaced the yumi boot loader from text splash etc. to show only

"nomodeset quiet xforcevesa"

shows errors on boot but very quickly loads into the x and from what I can see supports good resolution.

I am considering just adding this line to the cfg of my yumi loader

Are there other fixes or sudo apt I should run?
