Comment 9 for bug 559875

Just to clarify the hotplug position after the last package was installed, I now have:

1) On reboot/restart: if the card is not present but is inserted after the system is up, I need to remove the card and insert it again, then the card is picked up and the connection established automatically.

2) Once a connection is established: if I remove the card during the connection, the connection is not established once the card is installed, it needs to be removed and inserted again, then the connection is re-established.
