My card doesn't work anymore too. I've just installed Official 10.04 LTS Desktop not beta or RC.
My 3Com card worked pretty fine in 9.10 but not in 10.04. Leds normally blinking do not even light up (or better, just a little in the dark of the card I can see two LED very lightly dimmed on.
