that solution just works temporarily, it will be reset when you reboot your system. So its no solution. The only way to prevent the problems is to BOOT with the usb cam off (if your turn it off later, it won't work). As long as you keep the webcam off, you can use every USB port and get no error messages, but the webcam doesn't work.
