Yes. Webcam is not working at all. Bluetooth is not working if it's switched off at boot. Any usb device that is not already plugged in at boot will not work. (usb hotplug not working).

Basically, it's exactly the same bug. I think the patch that fixed this in 2.6.31-18, was omitted from 2.6.31-19
