Yep. Works for me on a U100. I enabled proposed, updated through update manager, restarted, removed the blacklist.conf entry, restarted again, swore at the computer a lot until I realised I also had to turn the camera on via Fn F6, and then took a whole lot of photos of myself grinning stupidly into the cam. Thanks so much to the people who worked on this!
